Complaints Officer
Venn Group is currently recruiting a Complaints Officer for an NHS organisation in London.
- Understanding the complaints process
- Working efficiently on the Datix system
- Working knowledge of excel/spreadsheets
- Experience in managing complaints, editing, and writing responses
- Effectively engage with a wide range of people and sensitively engage with patients/family and their representatives
- NHS experience
- Skilled complaints professional
Job Title:
Complaints Officer
Daily rate:
£144 - £171.06 paye including holiday or £ £189.84 via an umbrella company
Duration: - 6 months
Hours: 5 days a week, 37.5 hours
WFH:
2 days WFH, 3 days on site
