We are looking for an Administrator to work within our Business Support Department, this will suit an individual that has a passion for great customer service, is able to pay attention to detail, has great communication skills and enjoys working in a busy team.

The Administrator will be responsible for dealing with the Company's initial Instructions and Enquiries whilst providing a high-quality customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal with initial enquires and instructions in an efficient and precise manner
  • Clerical duties in support of the department
  • Publishing to and updating the Business Management System
  • Providing highquality customer service in an efficient and friendly manner
  • At all times to comply with the requirements of the Company's administrative, personnel procedures and Health & Safety regulation

Experience

  • Experience in working in a customer service role and deal with a wide range of customers in varying circumstances
  • Experience of working in an office environment, with a working knowledge of business support systems and procedures
  • Experience in working with individuals across departments

Qualities and Skills

  • Enthusiastic, committed, and a fast learner with previous experience of a busy environment
  • Computer literate
  • Good time management skills, solid organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative but understand the importance of working well within the team
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative

Salary:
£21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
