Responsibilities of the job include:

Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of regulatory rules and requirements in relation to product governance, monitor and review, approaches, performance, and behaviours of business areas to ensure on-going compliance, providing advice and recommendationon any changes required.

Embed risk and product governance knowledge through information sharing, education sessions and 1-on-1 coaching as required.
Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization

Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying key stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the delivery of target outcomes.

Requirements:

This role can be based anywhere UK wide with the need to visit the firms head office in Edinburgh on an occasional basis for key meetings.
