Description

Freightserve are looking for a Reservations Agent for a well established Freight company based in the Camberley area.

Job Description:

To work as part of a team in the Customer Services Department.
Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of service on our wholesale freight business
Dealing with inbound call enquiries
Quotes
Arranging collections/deliveries
Bookings with Airlines
Cargo Tracking / Postflights
Job Costing
Keeping Boxtop up to date with latest information
PBs (Permanent Bookings) to be kept up to date
Keeping Airline Rates folders up to date
Filing

Working hours are Monday - Friday
