  • Passionate about customer service and have ambition to grow and develop professionally
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the business to lead team members by example
  • Organised and happy to lead the operations during service
  • Communicate effectively with senior management to ensure transparency on all matters.
  • Enjoy supporting General Manager in creating exceptional, personalised interaction with the guests
  • Passionate about food and wine

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure that all team members are highly motivated and work towards key business objectives, using incentives
  • To effectively supervise the restaurant team, maintaining a healthy working environment through positive and enthusiastic interaction with staff, colleagues, and guests.
  • To take opportunities and be part of decisionmaking process in order to present ideas and solutions
