If you are an experienced Senior Care Team Leader looking for an exciting new challenge, then LCCL is the company for you


Care is at the heart of the job which includes giving physical and emotional support and personal care to the service users.

You will oversee a shift and will designate tasks and will supervise the care assistants.

You will be responsible for care plans of the residents to promote the outstanding standard of care within the home.


Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with moving and handling residents
  • Maintaining Health & Safety standard & Fire Procedures
  • General supervision of residents during mealtimes; assisting residents with meals as necessary
  • Maintaining and recording necessary documentation
  • Participating in all forms of social and recreational activities
  • Medication Administration and Medical assistance/standards
  • Allocation of staff and Home Management support
  • Documentation; Care Plans, Supervisions and Personal Checklist

Skills/Requirements:


  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  • Medication knowledge/administration
  • First Aid
  • Good numeric and literacy skills
  • Caring attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong team worker
  • Supportive and patient
  • Reliable and punctual

Shifts will include days, nights and weekends.
