This is a new role created to provide additional support for our HR Department. It's full of potential and possibilities for you and your role to grow and evolve if you want it to.
Hours can be flexible and you'll work with a supportive and friendly HR Manager as close-knit team of two.
THE ROLE:
The core objective of this role is to provide administrative and project-based support to the HR Manager to ensure we are able to provide an excellent HR service to the company.
The HR Assistant will be involved in all aspects of a generalist HR role from recruitment, training & development, performance management, H&S administration, departures, note taking in HR meetings through to organising social events.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You will need to have excellent administration and organisational skills and be able to keep on top of multiple tasks.
If you've got experience or qualifications in HR, recruitment or H&S then that's a real bonus.
In general, we value people who are proactive, self-accountable, focus on solutions not problems and have a continuous desire to learn, grow and improve themselves and their roles.
Salary:
£24, £29,000.00 pro rata (based on full-time equivalent of 42.5 hours a week) depending on skills and experience.
