Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand user needs and business objectives Conduct user research and translate insights into user personas, user journeys, and usability requirements Design and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organisation Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design improvements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Specialist, or similar role Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field Benefits:
