Due to the continued demand for high quality and market leading products - this world renowned company are looking for a forward thinking, passionate individuas to join their highly successful and well established team.

While this role offers a breath of variety the successful Surface Mount Operator will:

  • Set up, operate and monitor the SMT equipment
  • Hand place SMT parts accurately
  • Read and interpret drawings, diagrams and bills of materials
  • Follow all company and legislative procedures
We are interested in connecting with established Machine Operator's or anyone from a SMT background, who have:

  • 1 year experience in PCB assembly/ Surface Mount process
  • Handled components down to 0201 size
  • A positive and proactive attitude to work
  • Competent numeracy and literacy skills
In return for their loyalty the Surface Mount Operator will be offered:

  • Day shift: Mon-Thu 07:30am-16:00pm and Fri 07:30am-12:30pm
  • Salary of £20k-23k
  • Late shift: Mon-Thu 16:00pm12:00am and Fri 16:00pm23:30pm
  • Salary of £28k£29k
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • On site free parking

  • An annual attendance bonus
  • Easily accessible by public transport
