As a Digital Brand Account Manager, you will:

  • Optimize customer discovery across all sites, assist with improving product data, PDPs, and help pages, and perform regular site audits
  • Check data alignment between different platforms and products sold via different operating models, and ensure relevant changes are reflected in Accounts as soon as they happen
  • Integrate adhock reporting and analytics to drive sales and conversions
  • Ensure commercial activations are identified and executed to perfection in collaboration with Brand Account Managers, eCommerce Site Managers, and Marketing teams
  • Provide end users and brands with excellent customer service
  • Be the first point of contact for brands and internal teams
  • You should have experience managing brandfacing accounts and an understanding of endtoend ecommerce/dropship/marketplace processes
  • Coordinate internal training, document preparation, and other ad hoc tasks

As a Digital Brand Account Manager, you will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or an equivalent degree in the relevant field
  • Experience managing digital/accounts for 12 years
  • Ability to plan, organize, and deliver own workload within deadlines
  • Analytical skills, precise conclusions, and ability to communicate key messages clearly
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • An understanding of GA and Content Square
  • Effective written and oral communications skills with strong clientservice approach
  • Ability to think proactively, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
  • Excellent comprehension skills, be a fast learner, and pay close attention to details
  • A drive to learn new skills, tools, and processes
