The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title:
Regulatory & Quality Coordinator ASPAC


Location:
Flexible to be based within ASPAC region, Remote


Contract and Shift details:
Permanent - Monday - Friday 37.5hrs per week


We are excited to share an opportunity to join our Regulatory and Quality team in the ASPAC region supporting countries including Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Indian.

You will provide administration and support to both our Quality and Regulatory teams across the region with roughly a 50:50 split between the two areas


Responsibilities will include:

  • Attending trade association meetings every 2 months and sharing information with the wider informing and preparing for any upcoming changes
  • Manage registration renewals for our products including submitting dossiers according to requirements
  • Management of the registration database for all regional submissions
  • Supporting both teams with process and documentation generation and process updates
  • Ensuring that all suppliers have most current information including certificates
  • Oversee complaint handling process ensuring they are actioned within our system
  • Keep up to date with regulatory requirements in the region sharing knowledge within the team and wider business
  • Supporting with audits e.g. distributor quality audits or other quality audits
  • General administration support to both functions where necessary


This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested/has worked in a quality or regulatory environment looking for a varied role in a growing business.

You will have exposure to a number of internal and external customers with scope for growth withinrole or focused towards either quality or regulatory specific progression.

To be successful we are looking for the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Degree level or equivalent in bioscience or similar technical field
  • Previous experience of working in either a quality or regulatory environment hight attention to detail with ability to work within process guidelines
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements within the ASAPC region
  • Strong English language both written and verbal
