About Us:

Position Purpose:

The Accounts Payable Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable team, ensuring that invoices are processed in a timely manner, payment runs are performed to terms and all controls are per-formed to a high standard.

Working with IT and Procurement as needed. SME for Accounts Payable.

Key Job Activities:

Promotion of a best practice.

Manage the team for up to date processing of invoices and all other duties.

Be the point of escalation for supplier issues.

Promote a positive team culture and team working.

Supporting the Accounts Payable Manager and the Accounts Payable team, business partners and suppliers.

Processing of payment runs.

Analysis of invoices to ensure accuracy of cost allocations.

Liaising with Management Accounts/Sites to verify costs and coding.

Supplier reconciliations.

Education:

Required:
High School or equivalent.
