Our client is seeking a
Customer Service Coordinator tojoin their prestigious organisation in Northampton. This role is not purely on the phone and does involve a varied amount of administration. Full system and product training will be provided.
Once trained you will work no more than 2 days in the office, the rest at home.
You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to both customers and suppliers.
In this Customer Service Coordinator role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer communication from both internal and external customers
- Ensuring that all contracts are checked and approved
- Ensuring that all compliances are adhered to
- Develop strong relationships to effectively resolve queries
- Update supplier price updates and promotions
- Ensure tenders are sent to suppliers
- Continuously working to improve levels of service tailored to individual customers
In order to be successful as a Customer Service Coordinator you must have the following:
- Experience in a similar customer service role is essential
- Problem solving
, analytical skills and methodical thinking - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
