Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting a client in Blyth on a temp-perm Payroll opportunity.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure payment of all salary and wages across three entities in the group
  • Record and review all timesheet information for hourly paid colleagues and resolution of any timesheet queries
  • Ensure appropriate deductions are applied based on communication with HMRC
  • Maintain up to date records of employee information
  • Preparation and submission of monthly pension information
  • Preparation of salary and wages journals as part of monthly financial reporting processes
  • Work closely with HR to ensure alignment of cross department procedures
Experience

  • Experience using Sage Payroll system
  • Organised and structured approach
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines
