Customer Operations Agent


One to One Personnel are recruiting for a
Customer Operations Agent to form part of the Operations team working for our client who has a long-standing reputation within Logistics.

This role is site based in
Rochford, Essex


The position is ideal for someone with commercial experience gained within a logistics/ transport / warehouse/ distribution/ customer service focused setting.


The role

  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels and arranging despatch
  • Creating despatch notes and other necessary paperwork, entering information onto the allocated system.
  • Checking the paperwork and ensuring the correct stock is on the vehicle before it leaves site, also checking for visible damage to goods
  • Building relationships with Customers and delivering excellent customer service
  • Forklift Truck operating experience. Loading training will be provided.
  • Terminal operations as and when required.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner
  • Forward thinker as things can change with logistics on a daily basis
  • Confident with Microsoft Office

Due to location, you will be required to have your own transport.

  • Temporary to Permanent opportunity
- £22,360 per annum

  • Monday to Friday 40hrs per week on a rotation of shifts between the hours of 6:30am and 6pm
  • Overtime as required
