_Based in Kent, Lauriem Complete Care Ltd are a well established and expanding provider_ _of domiciliary health and social care services.

We serve as both a local authority contracted & private provider._

We would like you to join our team in delivering excellent person centered home care to our clients in our Extra Care Living scheme in Deal.

Kent.

The role:

Attending to emergency pull cords during the shift and responding by contacting the appropriate emergency services where required
Overall responsibility for the security and reporting of any emergency maintenance
Support and work with vulnerable adults within the schemes.
Our client base includes elderly, mental health, dementia, long term medical conditions, learning disabilities and physical health problems.
Activities to include personal care, medication, choices and decisions and social inclusion
A lone working role working at night
Providing care visits, following person centred care plans.

What We offer:

28 days holiday pro rata (including bank holidays)

Shifts will be either 6pm or 8pm 9am.

Choice of 2 shifts patterns:
Either 4 nights on, 4 nights off, OR 3 nights on with 5 nights off. Shifts will be on a rolling rota.

Overtime available
Enhanced pay for bank holidays

What's required:

Previous experience working in the care sector is essential
Ability to remain calm in an emergency situation
Ability to use initiative when working alone
