Sharp Consultancy are proud to be working with a well-established Accountancy practice in
Chesterfield who are currently looking to recruit an experienced
Part-Time Payroll Senior.


The client, an impressive firm of chartered accountants are looking for an individual to carry out full end to end payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This is a standalone role perfect for an individual who wants to develop their career further within professional practice.


The successful applicant must be comfortable with managing their own portfolio of clients and have experience within an accountancy practice setting.


What's on offer:

- £27,000 - £30,000 starting salary (PRO RATA)
days annual leave (PRO RATA)

Duties and responsibilities

  • Carrying out full end to end payroll
  • Processing P45s and P60s
  • Dealing with holiday, maternity and sickness pay
  • Dealing with VAT returns
  • Handling HMRC queries

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chesterfield, Derbyshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
