Rehabilitation Support Worker - Band 3

Wilton Community Team

4 Positions at 30 Hours per Week - Permanent


Could you support patients when they return home from hospital? Would you like to be a valued member of our forward-thinking community team? If so, then come and join our Home First programme.


We have vacancies for Band 3 Rehabilitation Support Workers, trained to NVQ III standard (or equivalent) or people willing to train to this level.

We want to meet applicants keen to develop into this rehabilitation role or who have existing transferable skills.
