The Accounts Payable Team Leader's main duties:

  • Manage AP function
  • Maintain Purchase Ledger and control accounts
- reconciliation of transit accounts

  • Prepare payment proposals
  • Review inter company invoices and payments
  • Liaise with internal departments and associated companies
  • Input invoices, credit notes, payments
  • Manage month end close processes
  • Develop rapport with third parties
  • Communicate and develop relationships with suppliers, customers etc

The Successful Applicant:


  • AAT qualified
  • 2+ years experience in similar position
  • Have the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Use own initiative
  • Good communicator
