The Role:


As the Financial Planning Analyst you will support the FP&A team with coordination and consolidation of the Planning and Forecasting cycle and with production of the Monthly Management Reporting Pack.

You will business partner with the Enterprise functions ensuring variances to Plan/Forecast are explained and addressed with relevant stakeholders.

You will be a qualified accountant passionate about commercial finance wanting to further your career in consumer-led business.


Your Impact:


  • Support the Senior FP&A Manager to build the Forecast and Budget, and prepare monthend packs
  • Ownership of the Hyperion submission to Group in US, including Workforce for Payroll
  • Working closely with Enterprise heads to prepare robust forecasts with realistic assumptions
  • Work closely with Accounting to deliver month and quarter end
  • Explanation of variances to Forecast and Plan for region
  • Provision of management information to the business to make informed decisions and drive the business forward
  • Managing Payroll, Head Office costs, and Corporate Overhead costs for P&L
  • Partner with wider FP&A team to deliver periodic sales updates to the business, collect information for Corporate FP&A team, and drive Forecast and Budget deliverables.

Who You Are:


  • Always acts with a high degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sometimes highly sensitive matters in the appropriate manner
  • Able to build strong relationships across the business and within FP&A; patient, thoughtful, and helpful business partner
  • Flexible, comfortable with change and ambiguity, comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and dealing with multiple competing priorities
  • Quick learner enjoys learning and acquiring new skills, high level of curiosity both about FP&A and in general

We would love to hear from people with:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Able to interpret and manipulate pure financial information into insightful analysis
  • Experience of business partnering with Commercial Leaders
  • Strong financial modelling & analytical skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase/Oracle is beneficial
