Client Service Account Support - Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship:
Business Administrator Level 3


Working hours:9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday

Monday & Friday - Working From Home

London WC2E


Start date:

ASAP

Pay:
£20,000 P/A


Requirements:


  • Client Directors to ensure clients are fully educated on the trading model and the benefits available to them
  • Support Client Directors to ensure that all key decision makers are aware of the benefits of the deal to their company
  • Support Client Directors to ensure that client's media agencies are kept up to date with all major developments on the account
  • Support Client Directors to ensure that the client is receiving and understands monthly statements
  • Support Client Directors to ensure that the correct contractual documentation is in place with clients
  • Support Client Directors in their account handling of UK clients

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:


  • To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above
  • To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
  • To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
