Senior Client Services Associate.

This company operate from 19 offices in 14 geographies and help their clients with planning and investing funds, while engageand demonstrate their commitment to society and the communities in which they work and operate.


Purpose of the role is to be a part of the Client Services Team, who is responsible for providing high level of support to the Advisers/Directors with focus on general administration and implementation of advice.

In addition, the person will undertake someteam and procedural oversight with help and guidance from Client Service Manager


The Client Services Team is responsible for

  • New client onboarding
  • Implementation of advice obtaining quotes, liaison with pension and product providers
  • Investment implementation
  • Dealing with client queries

Key responsibilities:


  • Act as point of contact for clients
  • Update of client portal with price feeds and daily reports
  • Daily trading as required, support with review and sign off trading tickets and submitting trades to custodians for processing
  • Preparation and distribution of accurate client reports
- assist in the analysis of existing policies/holdings, overseeing LOA process and data

  • Assist in the preparation of internal analysis reports including pension illustrations, protection illustrations and investment holdings via Financial Express
  • Preparation of shortened Advice for Adviser review and signoff
  • Precompletion of forms for new transferring pensions, protection, and ISAs
  • Placing of investment orders and instructions with custodies
  • Assist in preparation of Annual Review
  • Meeting attendance as required
  • Assist in postannual follow up
  • Support other processes including client valuations, client fee letters
  • At least 2 years of an experience in administrative role within financial services company
  • Strong technical experience across pensions, protection, and investments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at every level
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Capable to multitask and prioritise own workload
  • Driven and committed
