Description
Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Scheme Manager for a housing association based in Lancashire.

The role is on an initial contract until 31st March 2023, with possibility of extension, paying £15 - £18 per hour umbrella.


The role:

  • Monitor and inspect independent living schemes to provide secure, clean and well maintained communal areas and services
  • Carry out viewings and sign ups for prospective tenants and positively promote the schemes
  • Liaise with tenants on maintenance issues by identifying where works are required and coordinating completion of works
  • Signpost tenants to providers of support, including external agencies
  • Respond to emergency situations on the schemes

The person:

  • Full driving licence and access to own car
  • ESSENTIAL
  • Experience of working with elderly tenants in a sheltered residential environment
