1 to 3 days per week available

Up to £17.21 per hour

We are seeking to recruit a Communication Support Worker to support 1:1 with a deaf learner at our campus in Halesworth.


With a passion for inclusion you will be supporting our young person to access their learning, and the language of both the classroom and practical workshop environment, enabling them to gain the skills and knowledge required in their areas of interest.

You will be facilitating communication access between teachers and peers, supporting the development of friendships and peer groups, and the building of self-confidence.

You will be working with the teaching staff to ensure full accessibility to the curriculum and promoting independence through identifying learning techniques with this young person.
