About the job:

As a Finance Business Partner within LG&E's South region, you will oversee the financial performance of contracts and support the regional Operations Director.

This role offers a unique opportunity to mobilize and manage a newly won University contract, as well as a portfolio of
PFI / Education contracts in the South region.

The role involves producing monthly management accounts for allocated business units, optimising working capital and contract profitability. You will develop relationships with operational and commercial teams, providing financial insights and analysis to inform discussions. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering detailed forecasts and budgets, as well as supporting the Division transformation projects.

Main duties:

You will be responsible for managing major contracts, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and maintaining financial integrity. Ensuring accurate accounting, providing clear financial visibility, and supports offshore functions. Additionally, standardising and optimising processes, performs financial analysis, and presents information to support decision-making. Your role also involves contract profitability analysis, identifying opportunities and risks, and completing ad-hoc duties as required.
