Description

Ontic, an aerospace industry leading provider of 'Extended Life Solutions' for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products, has an opportunity for a Order Management Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham to support our continued success and ambitious growth plans.

What will you be doing?

You'll be responsible for loading Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Orders within Ontic's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and wider business systems.

You'll upload orders to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.

You'll ensure that information is accurately provided by the customer and captured in each repair order. You'll utilize a variety of Customer Portals to extract and upload requisite information.

You'll support the wider business by issuing invoices and reconciling exports against Customer orders.

You'll support the closing out of Contract Reviews and provide our Customer Account Managers with reports of held orders with identified bottlenecks.

What will you need to know?

This role will be perfect for you if you're the type of person who enjoys building relationships with colleagues from a variety of departments.

You'll need to be naturally assertive, and feel comfortable pushing incomplete documents back to customers. You'll be a strong communicator in person and in writing/

Previous experience in the aviation/aerospace industry is not essential, just like experience within an office environment.
