Are you a skilled Site Agent looking for a freelance opportunity? Contract Scotland is teaming up with a leading civil engineering contractor for an exciting Freelance Site Agent role on a Fife project.

As a Site Agent, you'll join the existing team to help deliver the project on time and on budget. The work includes tasks like concrete foundations, drainage, utilities, roadworks, and retaining wall construction.

Your role involves:

Building good relationships onsite and offsite.
Ordering equipment and materials.
Managing staff and subcontractors.
Handling permits and safety checks.
Making sure safety and quality standards are met.

What's on offer:

Work from September 11th to at least February.
Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
Fewer hours in the Winter.
Hourly rate of £30 to £32 (CIS/PAYE).

You need:

Minimum HNC level qualification in civil engineering.
Past experience in civil engineering, especially with steel frameworks and industrial build.
Valid CSCS card.
