Your role will involve supporting the Courier Compliance Team Leader, deliver an efficient day to day operation to ensure our fleet are compliant in line with industry best practice, whilst supporting the team to support and deliver a 'Class A' service to our fleet partners.


A successful Courier Compliance Administrator will positively contribute to the success of the Courier Team by dealing with all day-to-day communications and queries, ensuring all queries are resolved in line with business SLA's.


Roles & Responsibilities of a Courier Compliance Administrator:

  • Proactively supports the 'end to end' process to ensure all couriers adhere to CitySprint legal requirements
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external customers to reach mutually agreeable outcomes whilst always putting CitySprint's brand first
  • Ability to build successful/strong stakeholder relationships across all functions
  • Effective upkeep & management of internal systems and processes
  • Ensures all paperwork and systems are maintained efficiently and accurately and in line with the business policy and process requirements
  • Acts as a CitySprint ambassador always

Skills needed for a Courier Compliance Administrator:

  • Has a strong understanding of compliance processes in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work autonomously where required
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
  • Demonstrates awareness of escalating issues/concerns
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills and meets deadlines
  • Ability to reprioritise tasks/workload in line with changing business needs in a busy and time sensitive environment
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of compliance processes
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
