Job description:


Main purpose of the role

Key Accountabilities

  • Build effective relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to business recruitment processes.
  • Provide endtoend recruitment support across the business, including taking briefs from hiring managers, sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
  • Support the continued development of recruitment and selection materials, including interview templates and manager guidance materials, and ensure they are being used across the business.
  • Advise managers on the use of Recruitment Agencies, ensuring that only agencies on Keepmoat's Preferred Supplier List are engaged.
  • Contribute to the development of the careers page/LinkedIn and social media for recruitment.
  • Maintain recruitment activity data to allow for accurate reporting.

Skills, knowledge & experience:


Essential:


  • Recruitment experience from an internal background
  • Good knowledge of recruitment practice and how to implement it in an inhouse environment
  • Exceptional time management, planning and organisational skills to drive results and deliver excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work as part of a team and influence effectively at different levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages

Desirable:


  • Relevant industry experience e.g. house building/construction
  • Previous experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Education & qualifications:


Essential:


  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent)

Desirable:


  • Recruitment or HR related qualification e.g. CertRP, CIPD
