A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a career focused, client facing Associate Building Surveyor to join a thriving multi-disciplinary consultancy in Birmingham.
The Associate Building Surveyor role
The Associate Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of professional services including dilapidations, party wall services, contract administration, condition surveys, schedules of condition, defect analysis, landlord & tenant advice, neighbourlyissues and PPM surveys.
Alongside this, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will be managing a huge range of projects such as refurbishments, fit-outs, conversions, installations, extensions, strip-outs and new builds across sectors including commercial, office, education,industrial, healthcare, residential, leisure and retail.
As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for the team, supporting them with day to day workload alongside involvement within business development and recruitment.
The Associate Building Surveyor
- A Building Surveying Degree & Ideally MRICS
- Professional Services & Project Management experience
- Able to manage own workload confidently
- Enthusiastic to support other members of the team
