An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 assistant practitioner to join our newly established Ruperra Ready to Go Unit which is a nurse led 18 bedded ward based on D6E, Royal Gwent Hospital.


This is a very exciting period as we continue to develop a model of care that focuses on an enablement ethos for patients who are medically and therapeutically optimised but are unable to be discharged to the place that they call "home" due to delays.


This is truly an exciting time to be joining our team as we have been given an opportunity to truly challenge and change how we deliver services to patients to improve experience and outcomes as well as your working lives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 4 Assistant Practitioner to join our nursing team at the Ruperra RTG Unit, Royal Gwent Hospital.


The post will require working a 12 hour night shifts including weekends and bank holidays to meet the needs of the service.
