Job Title - Platinum Member Call Centre Agent
Employer - Diamond Resorts (a subsidiary of Hilton Grand Vacations)
Location - Hybrid/Remote
We are now recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor for our Head Office on the outskirts of Lancaster city centre.
What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will assist our owners, members and guests and be responsible for:
- Assisting members and owners in their requests to make reservations
- Taking payments from members
- Securing benefits for members
- Advising members on member accounts and ownership related queries
- Accessing and inputting data in necessary computer systems
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with our members
- A good level of computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Call centre experience
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Escalations/complaints handling
- Multitasking
- Independent with the workload proactive with work
