Are you an experienced Senior Sales Progressor looking for a new and exciting opportunity?

Our client is a successful, well-established, and flourishing Estate Agency in Didsbury who are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their thriving team.

This is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed

Working hours:

As a Senior Sales Progressor, you'll be required to work Monday 8.45 am pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 8.45 to 5 pm

The successful Senior Sales Progressor will be offered:

Basic salary of between £25,000 -£30,000, with an attractive bonus

To be considered for the Senior Sales Progressor role you must have:

Previous Sales Progression experience
Highly organised and reliable
Strong customer service
Be professional and courteous
Be able to think quickly under pressure.
Have a pragmatic approach to the sales process which keeps the sale swiftly moving.
Monitoring and prioritising workload to achieve targets
Communicating effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors and buyers
Arrange for contracts to be signed
Updating Managers on the sale process
Updating CRM and Vendor portal
Progressing sales through to completion
Personable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

As a Senior Sales Progressor, your role will involve the following:

Strong telephone manner
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Work to shorten the time between the sale being agreed to and the sale completion.
Be organised with the ability to prioritise the sales on a diary basis.
