Supervisor Retail & Consumer Team

TSR Legal are currently working with an international law firm who are seeking a supervisor to work in their Leeds offices.

This position will be working in the Retail & Consumer team on a permanent basis.

The Retail & Consumer team handle a variety of prelitigated casualty claims for a large retailer client which will involve EL/PL personal injury matters.

This role will include strong management and effective coaching skills able to manage a team of claims handlers.

Responsibilities:

Direct line management for a team of claims handlers
Ensuring that all files are run to an effective conclusion
Driving high performance, able to address any performance concerns
Able to conduct issues such as adherence to internal and client SLAs and KPIs
Ensuring any client complaint is dealt with effectively
Able to provide strong and effective supervision and communication
Previous supervision or team management experience in a similar position
Excellent time management skills
The ability to handle deadlines and demands
The ability to communicate
