Position Title:
Mortgage Admin Assistant

**Overview:
- **To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Mortgage Advisers to ensure an efficient and high standard of service to clients.


Core DutiesAdditional Duties**As directed by Management.


Essential

  • Driving licence and use of a car
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Flexibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethics i.e. attendance etc
  • Knowledge of computer systems and good Excel, MSOffice
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • To be able to commit to 37.5 Hrs a week.
  • Honesty and integrity is vital for this role.
  • Problemsolving and Decisionmaking Is able to solve basic queries regarding the progress of matters. Refer more technical queries to the Mortgage Advisor.

Desirable:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Studying for CeMAP 1, 2 &
  • Experience of entering data on CRM

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
