Residential Liaison Officer, Hungerford £25,000 - £30,000 DoE
Full time and a company car
- Monday to Friday
Your Role;
- Collate resident information (profiles and choices) and input onto system
- Undertake conditions survey of properties prior to works being undertaken
- Build good working relationship between client and residents
- Arrange access for design team and supply chain partners
- Check and ensure essential services are available at the end of working day
- Communicate with residents throughout works program
- Maintain an uptodate register of residents where visits should be made
- Respond to verbal and written enquiries
- Provide ideas for improvement to the Senior RLO to review
- Attend Residents Evenings, daytime meetings as and when required
- Assist site team and carry out Resident Satisfaction Survey
Required Skills:
- Great communication skills
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be a good team player, manage time efficiently
- Understanding of the Social Housing
- Full UK driving license
- Some experience in QHSE Standards (Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental)
