The Systems Lead is responsible for the Interoperability of Trust People Systems; Healthroster, Bankstaff, Safecare, Direct Engagement and ESR. Ensuring high quality and accurate information through data cleansing and audits. A technical expert able to analysis and interpret complex data.

Ensuring the systems are used to full capacity and supporting the organisation in ensuring benefits realisation and driving the implementation of Lord Carter's & NHSE / NHSI recommendations and improve level of attainment.
