It is a 12-month FTC.
This is an exciting new position for a hands-on marketer with strong digital skills, and an interest in learning how collaboration and good practice can enable innovation, sustainability, and positive market transformation.
The Marketing Executive will play an important role, as part of the Services Marketing team, in planning and implementing communications and engagement activities for our client-funded programmes (as part of the team that is delivering the communications workstream).
This will support improved visibility and awareness of each programme, broader and deeper stakeholder engagement, and higher use of our content and standards.
The role includes close working with internal, cross-functional, teams and the potential for some engagement with the client and with other external stakeholders.
Together with the work of the wider delivery teams, this will help to increase the value and impact of our client-funded programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining these campaigns using our marketing automation tool (Pardot) and overall planning tool (Workfront)
- Developing and maintaining web pages, including use of a content management system
- Creating social media and content calendars, including writing and publishing posts
- Producing content including brochures, white papers, and presentations, as well as more creative content, using tools such as Canva, for social media images, infographics and video/animation with guidance from the wider Services Marketing team
- Supporting the promotion of events and workshops, including online webinars
- Collaboration with other colleagues in teams including in Services Marketing, Knowledge Solutions marketing and the wider business and client programme teams.
- Managing marketing agencies who are delivering promotional content for our client programmes.
- Analytics and reporting, including the use of relevant tools (e.g. Pardot, Google Analytics)
What we are looking for:
Education/Qualifications
- Marketing degree or equivalent professional qualification (for example from the Chartered Institute of Marketing) or relevant experience.
- Solid experience in digital and content marketing
- Some knowledge/experience across the wider promotional mix, including paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.
- Experience in using platforms and systems including marketing automation (preferably Pardot), content management, and social media.
- Knowledge and experience in marketing analytics and reporting and use of related tools.
- Planning, organising, and project management skills.
- Good time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
- Measurement, analysis, tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work with and support multiple teams.
- Good people skills good at engaging with others.
