Cleaner
£10.50-£13 per hour this is on an employed basis so holiday entitlement etc. Would consider people self-employed.

A DBS Check is required.

I am working around Sedgefield/Wynyard and surrounding areas. Mainly in people's homes.

Hours to suit can fit in around school times but must be able to work during school holidays. I can take people on a part-time minimum of 12 hours and up to 25 hours. Occasional work on a Saturday.

Must be hard working and able to work at a fast pace, Polite and professional attitude. Honest and trustworthy and have good communication skills as some clients are at home whilst cleaning.

Would prefer someone with previous cleaning experience. But will consider someone without.

The majority of the time they will work in twos but may have to cover cleans on their own.

I provide all the products and equipment they need.

Driving license and use of vehicle essential.

Preferably someone that lives near Sedgefield / Wynyard/ Billingham.

I'm open to university /college students who have numerous days off during the week. Most work is between the hours of 9am to 4pm.

Weekly pay.

Explained how pay scale works. so normal house cleans £10.50 per hour (rising to £11.50 on 1st April)

If do end-of-tenancy cleans and deep cleans these are £13 per hour. Commercial cleans £11.50 rising to £12.50 in April. Hope that makes sense.
