Sue Ross Recruitment are assisting in the recruitment of an Administrator to work join their small, specialist company within the environmental/conservation industry.
Responsibilities include;- Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Maintaining administrative systems (filing etc)
- Administering Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Company vehicle/fleet administration
- Taking and processing customer orders
- Liaising with warehouse regarding the packing and despatch of orders
- Raising invoices
- Producing quotations
- Sourcing and ordering stock
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Take notes/minutes of meetings
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
