I am currently working with a High End Property Consultant who is offering an incredible opportunity for a Sales Manager to come in and run a new office in the South West London property market.


Main Tasks

  • Be able to bring on new business as well as handle your own portfolio of clients
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Residential Sales Department as well as being a positive influence on the team
  • Actively identify new marketing and business development opportunities.
  • Hold daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the team to identify and achieve key objectives,
  • Provide a high level of efficiency and customer service to all clients.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in Residential Property Sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • IT literate and comfortable with databases and relevant software
  • Maximise crossselling opportunities

SALARY:
£40,000-£50,000 basic - 18 month Guarantee.


HOURS:
Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.00pm - 1 in 4 Saturdays
