Role & responsibilities of the Administrator:
Assist the team with a range of administration duties including:
- Answering the phone and taking messages for the team
- Managing stationary resourcing
- Creating and maintaining team documents
- Assist with property viewings and inspections at busy periods.
- Assisting Accounts Manager with Supplier and Sales invoice posting and payment allocations.
- Raising AST, Deposit Sheet, Registering Deposits, Inventories, and client vetting
- Responsible for the Utilities, Rates, and other bills payable
Skills & Experience of the Administrator:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs
- Experience within a residential/commercial lettings environment is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
Salary & benefits:
- £25k - 27k
- Pension
- 25 days leave
