Description

Role & responsibilities of the Administrator:
Assist the team with a range of administration duties including:

  • Answering the phone and taking messages for the team
  • Managing stationary resourcing
  • Creating and maintaining team documents
  • Assist with property viewings and inspections at busy periods.
  • Assisting Accounts Manager with Supplier and Sales invoice posting and payment allocations.
  • Raising AST, Deposit Sheet, Registering Deposits, Inventories, and client vetting
  • Responsible for the Utilities, Rates, and other bills payable

Skills & Experience of the Administrator:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Excel, Word, Google Docs
  • Experience within a residential/commercial lettings environment is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Salary & benefits:

- £25k - 27k
