My client is seeking a competent credit controller to join a effective team to play a crucial role within the finance team.

My client is a UK based industrial business to business client who operate in a range of industries agricultural, engineering and automotive.


Description

As Credit Controller your duties will include:

  • Calling non-paying customers and determining why their payments are outstanding
  • Answering phone calls from nonpaying customers with questions about their debts
  • Liaising with customers to resolves queries and disputes to facilitate payment
  • Maintaining accurate administration of customer account and case notes.
  • Conducting credit limit reviews

Profile
The most desirable applicant for this Credit Controller role will be an individual who has demonstrable experience of credit control for at least 2 years
