The duties include:
- Management of the accounts payable team
- Managing relationships with suppliers
- Managing payments to suppliers in line with finance policy
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Manage purchase to pay system
- Resolve escalated queries
- Support the wider business with quires and continuity
- Monitor team metrics
- Support with projects in relation to purchase to pay and accounts payable processes
- Drive continuous improvements
The Successful Applicant:
- Have experience working in a similar role
- Essential
- Have experience supporting a team
- Essential
- Be passionate with a strong attention to detail
- Essential
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships
- Essential
- Have intermediate MS Excel
- Desirable

This role is looking to pay up to £35,000 + Hybrid working + Parking + Pension + Flexible hours
