An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to support the REACHE Team, providing administrative and general office support.
As a PA you will be working closely with Senior management to provide effective, confident and efficient administration service. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to build relationships.

Must be confident using Microsoft Outlook diary management with substantial experience of minute taking.
Main duties of the job

To prepare agendas, book rooms and take minutes.

To order and maintain equipment/ stationary stocks.

To maintain internal filing and systems to effectively manage workloads.

Qualifications:

Essential criteria

  • Use of Microsoft Offices including teams
  • GCSE (English / Maths) or equivalant
  • Business Administration e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria

  • RSA 2 qualification
Experience

  • Experience of effective diary management
  • Experience of organising and minute taking
Desirable criteria

  • Previous experience of working as a PA
