Reports to:
Director Talent Acquisition

  • Works independently with limited supervision limited oversight from Manager
  • Recognised Subject Matter expert
  • May manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals
  • Business challenges faced are difficult and sometimes complex
  • Influences the team against Policies and practices.


The Senior Talent Partner will be part of the Talent Acquisition team and will be accountable for recruitment and projects within specified Region across Field and Corporate.

This will encompass supporting the talent within the business to build upon diverse talent, leading recruitment initiatives, develop and streamline new tools, and completion of all projects that delivers to the Business needs.


Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Innovate

  • Innovate and execute recruitment process as needed for open positions across Field and Corporate, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fastpaced, highly competitive industry
Stakeholder Management

  • Be a Talent Partner to cross functional departments and ensuring the process delivers to the expectations of the role and business.
Employer Branding

  • Attract applicants by enhancing our employer branding strategy across EMEA, solving recruitment challenges.
  • Nurture relationships with external partner organizations while exploring new partnerships
  • Continuously develop knowledge of company and departmental objectives, industry challenges, and current market dynamics
Data Centric

  • Accurately track and report outreach and submittal activity data to support staffing metrics
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods, research and recommend job boards and identify market trends related to unemployment in the vicinity
  • Data centric to deliver EMEA TA focused initiatives and drive innovation across new Tech within the TA Industry,
Talent Acquisition Training

  • Provide training, coaching and general guidance to team and hiring managers on interviewing best practices, diversity recruiting, offer recommendations, negotiating/creating job offers, closing, and administrative functions involved in full cycle recruiting, including Workday
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Director to develop recruiting training material and efficiencies
Talent Initiatives

  • Lead and/or actively participate in recruitment committee to drive key areas of Talent Acquisition for the overall business
  • Drive all recruitment initiatives as a leader on the team executing all strategies, and leading by example
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices
  • Collaborate with Executive team, hiring managers, and human resources to identify process improvements, performance metrics, onboarding improvements, temporary pipeline and reporting handling procedures for internal and agency partners

Requirements:


  • 5 years of related experience conducting best in class, quality focused, full life cycle recruiting within a fast paced, resultsdriven environment.
  • Management experience required
  • Agency or Search firm recruiting experience is highly desirable, ideally combined with exposure to an inhouse recruiting environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Able to think strategically and conceptually while managing details
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Sense of urgency and business orientation
  • Able to work independently, but a strong team player
