One of our closest MS Gold Partner clients has an opening for a D365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV Support Consultant.
Due to the nature of the company, there is a lot of opportunity to progress through upskilling and training provided.
Some of the career potential includes Third Line / Developing or Functional Consultancy.In this role you will become a valued member of a support desk. You will be delivering 1
st
and 2
nd
line support to your client base with the support of an established team. You will learn about a variety of modules and become an expert on the system. The role will include resolving tickets, escalating tickets and being the point of contact for queries.
Role and Responsibilities
- Delivering support to clients
- Escalating tickets to the relevant party
- Establish problems and provide solutions
- Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central experience
- Service desk work
- 1
and 2
nd
line experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Up to £45,000 base salary
