Reed Property and Construction are working with a well-established successful forward thinking Property Management company based in Taunton.

The company have a large portfolio of Properties and are listed on the stock exchange, due to an ongoing program of modernising within, are now recruiting experienced Property Managers to join the team.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the direct management oversight of residential properties in their region. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue. You will be managing up to 700 properties.

The role will include managing all aspects of your portfolio, from attracting tenants to vacant spaces, overseeing the letting and tenancy management including tenancy ends.

You will also design business plans for assigned properties, accomplish financial goals, and report on performance.

This role will suit Property Managers with proven experience, you will have a good knowledge ofrules and regulations surrounding Property Management as well as the financial aspects.

You will have excellent I.T skills and strong communication and presentationskills.
