Join us as Middle Office Manager- This key role will see you owning the business strategy for decision making led by risk data, to enable the Tyl by NatWest business growth and strategic expansion

What you'll do
Day-to-day, you'll be:
- Delivering an automated decision making process for a decision framework based on data, insights and risk appetite
- Championing automated decision making and setting the strategy for delivering a fully automated process for merchants
- Identifying training opportunities
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with an understanding of unsecured lending products and merchant acquiring.
You'll bring strong communication skills, with the ability to convey issues and technical information to senior management and influence key stakeholders.
Additionally, you'll demonstrate:
- Experience of underwriting and undertaking credit assessments
- The ability to formulate solutions for new opportunities or challenging financial distress scenarios
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Experience of providing insight and challenging where appropriate
- The ability to drive change to enable continuous improvement
- Adaptability to use continuously evolving systems and processes
