YOUR ROLE:
This role is to provide an effective and efficient service in handling routine administration, customer queries and requests.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Undertake and manage the all administration tasks as defined by the Operations Team Manager.
Respond to employee queries in an efficient, professional manner.
Supporting and sharing knowledge with team members to contribute to the maintenance of an effective Operations team to achieve the Operations locations success.
Ensure all forms and requests for information are dealt with in a timely manner.
Handling all incoming and outgoing post in a timely fashion.
Provision and delivery of their performance statistics to the operations team manager on a monthly basis to meet reporting requirements
General office duties as required.

KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Customer service skills ability to represent the company in a professional manner
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
Basic PC Literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Administration experience gained within a commercial environment
